What the app does

Depuis is a personal tracking tool. It counts the time elapsed since you quit a habit, records your daily check-ins, displays milestones, and offers a breathing exercise when a craving hits.

What the app is not

Depuis is not a medical device and provides no medical advice. It diagnoses nothing, prescribes nothing, and replaces neither a doctor, nor an addiction specialist, nor an emergency service. The health information shown at milestones consists of general public-health facts, cited with their source, and does not constitute personalised advice.

Depuis blocks no apps and no websites. For quitting screens, it only measures and rewards.

In an emergency, call your local emergency number (112 in the EU, 911 in the US).

Your account

Using Depuis requires no sign-up. If you link an email address to sync your data, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential. You can delete your account at any time from the app settings.

Premium subscription

Some features require a Premium subscription, offered monthly, yearly, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. The prices shown in the app are those provided by the App Store in your currency.

The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial. At the end of the trial the subscription renews automatically and your Apple account is charged, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Management and cancellation happen in your iPhone settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions), not in the app.

Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its own terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to circumvent the app’s protections, nor to disrupt its operation for other users.

Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of the information displayed, nor for data loss resulting from an account deletion you requested.
