Who is responsible for your data

Depuis is published by an independent developer. For any question about your data, write to support@minosdevs.app.

The data we collect

Depuis asks for no name, no phone number and no address. On first launch, an anonymous account is created automatically: it holds no personally identifying information.

The data recorded is what you enter in the app:

• The habit being tracked (smoking, alcohol, sugar, screens, cannabis, sports betting, coffee, or a custom label) and its start date.
• What that consumption used to cost you (unit price and daily amount), if you choose to enter it.
• Your personal reason for quitting, if you write one.
• Your daily check-ins (the days you held).
• The cravings you log through the SOS button, with their intensity and timestamp.
• Your preferences: reminder time, time zone, theme, language.
• Your email address, only if you choose to link an account to sync your data.

What we do not do

Depuis contains no advertising and no advertising trackers. Your data is never sold, rented, or passed to data brokers. No data is sent to any artificial intelligence service: the app uses none.

Where your data is stored

Data is hosted by Supabase (Supabase Inc.) on servers located in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). It is protected by access rules ensuring that only your own account can read it.

Third-party providers

Depuis relies on the following providers, and no others:

• Supabase (Supabase Inc.) — database hosting and account management.
• RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.) — subscription management. RevenueCat receives an anonymous purchase identifier, never your tracking data.
• Apple (Apple Inc.) — payment processing through App Store in-app purchase, and app distribution. We never see your payment details.

Notifications

The daily reminder is a local notification: it is scheduled on your iPhone and passes through no server. You can turn it off at any time in the app or in your iPhone settings.

How long we keep it

Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. It is deleted immediately and permanently when you delete your account.

Deleting your account and data

You can erase everything from within the app: Settings → Delete my account. Deletion is immediate, permanent, and removes all of your quits, check-ins, cravings and preferences.

If you no longer have access to the app, write to support@minosdevs.app and deletion will be carried out within 30 days.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and port your data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, write to support@minosdevs.app.

Children

Depuis is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

Any material change to this policy will be published on this page with a new update date.
