Delete my account and my data

You can delete your Depuis account and all of your data, permanently, in one of two ways.

From the app (immediate)

  1. 1Open Depuis on your iPhone.
  2. 2Go to the Settings tab.
  3. 3Tap “Delete my account”, then confirm.

Deletion is instant and irreversible: quits, daily check-ins, logged cravings and preferences are erased from the servers.

By email (within 30 days)

If you no longer have access to the app, write to the address below from the email linked to your account, with the subject “Account deletion”.

What is deleted

  • Your account and its identifier.
  • All of your quits, active and archived.
  • All of your daily check-ins and records.
  • All the cravings you had logged.
  • Your preferences (reminder, theme, language, time zone).

What is not affected

Your purchase history is kept by Apple, outside of Depuis. To cancel an active subscription, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
